Stacey Romero

Director

Stacey Romero recently joined Workday as the Global Director of Disability Inclusion.  In her role, she works to ensure that candidates, workmates, and customers who attend workday training and events have accessible and inclusive experiences.  Prior to this, she worked at Charter Communications (Spectrum) as a Sr. Manager of Accessibility. In that role, she spearheaded many initiatives to improve the experience for DHH customers and employees.  A California Bay Area native, she is in the process of relocating to her hometown of Pleasanton, CA after spending the last several years in Colorado. She is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals, and in addition to pursuing her MBA in Human Resources, she is learning American Sign Language.
