About the Program: The NextGen Leadership Program is designed to empower emerging leaders who share our dedication to elevating accessibility and inclusion for all in the ICT sector. Through this program, we aim to amplify the experiences of next generation (NextGen) leaders and provide them with the tools and support needed to drive meaningful change in the field.

The NextGen Leadership aims to recognize outstanding high school and post-secondary students who are committed to improving access to communication technologies for individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled or hard of hearing.
