Mark Apodaca serves as Treasurer of TDI and as Treasurer of the National Association of Parliamentarians. He is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian with more than 46 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management. Mark’s career includes finance leadership roles at Hughes Aircraft Company, the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness, Communication Service for the Deaf, and the New Mexico School for the Deaf. He has also taught financial accounting at UCLA. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He has studied accounting, finance, and government contract management at UCLA.
