Are you a technical, can help manage customer feedback and issues to improve support and accessibility across Windows and Office? Do you possess organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and have a track record of juggling multiple issues simultaneously? Then read on! We are looking for Technical support agents whose primary language is American Sign Language( ASL) and will assist the Deaf community in resolving their technical support issues with Microsoft’s Windows and Office Products along with advocating for improved user experiences for the Deaf community in our products and services.
