Christine Aurigemma is an accessibility and workforce strategy consultant with Strategic Business Alliance, LLC. Profoundly deaf since age three, she spent 28 years at Pfizer, first managing analytical chemistry teams and later leading its disability and neurodiversity initiatives. In that role, she built the Neurodiversity Career Accelerator and co-founded its global Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG), which grew past 1,000 members across four continents in its first year. She serves on the California State Rehabilitation Council as a gubernatorial appointee and is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC). She brings an employer-side perspective to TDI’s work on workforce participation and access in the workplace.
