Donate to TDI on #GivingTuesday

As 2017 comes to an end, many of us are looking for ways to make donations. For the third consecutive year, Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. (TDI) is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global effort dedicated to giving. This year, this day is November 28. Plan your year-end donation on this national day of giving.

Making an online donation is easy at this page: https://tdiforaccess.org/support-tdi/donate-to-tdi/

Last year, more than 30,000 organizations in 68 countries came together to celebrate #GivingTuesday. Since its founding in 2012, #GivingTuesday has inspired giving around the world, resulting in greater donations, volunteer hours, and activities that bring about real change in communities. We invite you to join the movement and consider giving to TDI on November 28.

#GivingTuesday is a great way to get others to donate to TDI. Find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Share with everyone how you are giving. Below are more ideas you can use:

  • Use the hashtag #GivingTuesday to talk about your personal connection to accessibility in media, telecommunications, media and why you support TDI
  • Forward or share our communications with your friends and family; including Facebook, Twitter and our email
  • Be sure to add the link to TDI’s donation page with all of your communication to ensure that their #GivingTuesday donation is accounted for. https://tdiforaccess.org/support-tdi/donate-to-tdi/

Thank you in advance for your participation in the #GivingTuesday donation campaign. Please contact TDI at (301) 563-9112 or email pubrel@tdiforaccess.org if you have any questions, or if you want webpages or emails to share with your friends and family. We will be happy to help.

All donations, whether large or small, will add up to help make a difference. Please support TDI as it continues to pursue its mission of “providing leadership in achieving equal access to telecommunications, media, and information technologies for deaf and hard of hearing people.” Don’t forget to please share with your family and friends and ask them to consider donating to TDI on November 28.

All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You can donate to TDI by visiting TDI’s donation webpage.
